To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of reference is written with respect to Joseph Neely and the services he provides through his company "The Indoor/Outdoor Guy".

I am a homeowner and the owner/operator of Donki Daycare in Richmond and I hired Joseph Neely to construct a new sundeck for my home. Joseph realized the nature of my business and helped design a deck that would be safe and secure for the children in the daycare.

I had solicited quotes from several different contractors but Joseph was the only one that talked about permits and codes. This professionalism immediately impressed me. In the initial interview with Joseph I realized that he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job he was going to perform and very conscientious. When I told him about my idea for the deck he asked to come into the house to measure stairs that my young daycare people usedevery day so that he could be sure and duplicate the exact sizes in the deck outside. He wanted to be sure that they were safe. His concern about the safety of the children brought his work crew back a couple of weeks after construction was finished to add another small safety feature that I would have overlooked but he didn't.

I found him very honest and approachable. During construction he offered an open communication atmosphere offering suggestions and choices. As I am a single mother of two teenage boys he offered helpful hints about different home improvement projects, fixed my side gate without being asked and was generally concerned about doing his best on every aspect of the job. He has a very high level of commitment to his profession and I respect that.

I would strongly recommend Joseph for your next home renovation job and would be pleased to answer any questions you may have about my experience with Joseph - The Indoor/Outdoor Guy.
