As part of a larger renovation, which included an addition onto the home, a new kitchen, a master suite, and a Timberframe covered porch, the ensuite bathroom was still a major design focus. Our clients wanted a 5 piece bathroom that not only had a vanity large enough for two people but also a custom shower and a large soaker tub. The shower includes a regular shower head mounted on the wall, as well as a rain head mounted on the ceiling. This bathroom includes a large vanity with his and hers sinks, marble countertops, and many drawers for toiletry storage. Another suggestion that the clients chose during the design phase was enclosing the toilet in its own separate room, with its own exhaust fan. Our clients also wanted to have a large, free-standing bathtub to relax in when they had some spare time or sore muscles.
