This kitchen was part of a larger renovation where we transformed a single storey WW2 bungalow into a two storey, craftsman style character home with a secondary suite. The client wanted the kitchen to be the central part of the main floor of her home. As such the kitchen is located where see can her children coming and going from their rooms and also exiting or entering the home. The design of this kitchen includes a large peninsula that can be used as an eating area with barstools or as a food prep area. This kitchen features floor to ceiling, custom built, maple cabinets stained in dark walnut as per the clients’ taste. This kitchen also boasts under cabinet pot lighting, pendant lights over the peninsula, stainless appliances and quartz countertops.
