The Estate Kitchen

Like all of our kitchen renovations, this kitchen went through our design process, which involved three meetings and drawings with revisions based the clients’ decisions and desires. During these meetings input was also provider from our designer and company president. The clients wanted a modern looking kitchen with flat doors, quartz countertops and subway tiles. Almost as important, the clients desired as much storage space as possible.

The lighting in the kitchen was specifically chosen to enhance the modern feel of the room. The three pendant lights with water droplets suspended in glass were chosen as a feature fixture in the kitchen. This kitchen also features two garage door cabinets on the right and left of the wine rack, that slide up for large table top appliances.

Main Floor Update

This renovation also included the attached family room and fireplace. The existing fireplace was replaced with a new modern unit that includes a larger flame than it’s predecessor. A unique tile design was chosen to go around the fireplace in order to provide additional interest to the room. As part of this renovation, new flooring was installed in the kitchen, family room, main entrance and hallways. The baseboards and door casings were also updated to match the new modern look of the home.
